Who should register for a case review?
If you have experienced any of the following: difficulty concentrating, difficulty recalling information/events, difficulty processing information, frequent headaches, fatigue, confusion, insomnia, trauma, addiction, anxious thoughts/behavior, depressed mood, or think you may have issues due to head injury or trauma. A prior diagnosis is not required, and we do not need a referral from your physician or insurance company.
Please do not register if
-you are already a Center for Neuro patient
-you already have an appointment (scheduling and cancellations are not done online)
-you are not seeking to become a Center for Neuro patient, but wish to obtain our physician’s formal opinion on your case
